The Kiwanis Club of Forrest City will hold its annual Pancake Day Fundraiser, Tuesday, November 5th at the First Baptist Church Gym at 507 N. Rosser Street in Forrest City.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $11 at the door. Serving times are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4-7 p.m.
Meals will include pancakes, sausage, bacon, a beverage of choice and accompaniments. Tickets are available from any Kiwanis Club member.
This annual fundraiser supports numerous activities and organizations throughout the year with an emphasis on children in the community.
Sponsorship opportunities and dining placemat ads are currently available.

East Arkansas Community College invites area kids to join Addie Devazier for a fun filled day making tree ornaments and other holiday decorations.
The class is coming up Saturday, October 12th from 12-4 p.m. and is geared for kids in 2nd thru 8th grades.

The Forrest City School District has opened its 2024-25 After School Meals Program.
Meals will be served at Central Elementary School, Stewart Elementary School, and Forrest City Junior High School on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays through April 2025.
Forrest City High School will serve meals Monday through Wednesday through May 2025.

Arkansas Concealed Carry Course THIS SATURDAY!
This class will be taught by certified concealed handgun safety instructor, Buck Morris, offers a safe, friendly environment for Arkansas residents to qualify to conceal a handgun with a permit (license). Participants must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of Arkansas.
