Anyone wanting to apply must provide the following items: --A photo ID --Social Security card (household members aged 18 or older) --Social Security numbers (household members younger than age 18) --Copies of your most recent utility bills --Proof of income --Proof of residency The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment says LIHEAP only applies to residential applicants, not businesses. FYI The City of West Memphis says that the I-55 bridge will be closed again for construction this weekend, weather permitting. The closure is planned, starting at 8 p.m. Friday, March 21. It will re-open by 6 p.m. Monday, March 24. The bridge will be closed at Bridgeport Road on the Arkansas side and South Parkway in Memphis. The I-55 southbound ramp and Crump Boulevard westbound will also be closed.
