The heavy lifting has started at Walmart in Forrest City. Crews have begun removing the top several inches of asphalt from the parking lot in order to prepare it for complete resurfacing. This project is projected to come in at just under $2million when complete. Citizens use caution when in the area. There are heavy trucks entering and exiting on Deadrick Road as well as numerous pieces of heavy equipment on the lot. Be cautious and courteous as the traffic flows are redirected during this project. Thank you, Kendall Pettus, Code Enforcement Officer
