‼️FYI from Craig Jones ‼️
Hello everyone, we are currently working on SFC 311 (Barrow Hill Road) with the graders and what we thought might happen is happening. By removing the snow layers it making it slicker than it was. We will cease with the grader work today and get salt and sand out over what we’ve already done. This weather situation is a whole lot different than the last time and after today I don’t expect we will be doing much more to help. We will continue to test the roads out with graders tmw and if we can make it better we will. However, im not going to continue to do stuff that will hamper road conditions just to be doing something. My advise is if you need to get out use a 4WD or find someone with a 4WD to get you out. I expect this situation may not improve until Saturday so please be patient and believe me, if there was something we could do to help we would but it looks like all we are doing now is making it worse. Thank you.
